Many photgraphs benefit from subtle dodging or burning but the dodge & burn tool in Photoshop does not produce realistic effects. 1Click Actions Volume 4 comprises a series of 1Click actions to add subtle shading or lightening to various parts of the image.

As well as automated lightening and darkening of pre-defined areas this set also includes an enhanced Dodge&Burn action that is far more "natural" looking than the PS dodge and burn tools.

The actions are not intended to create "special effects" merely to balance out and enhance the tonality of the image.

This action volume has been extended to include a full set of adjustable sharpening actions (although the 1-click results work well in most situations). Most variations also include selective sharpening options.

This is a sample of SoftDarkEdges. Often just a subtle darkening of the edges highlights the main subject.

Particularly effective with BW images, this is the DarkenCorners Action. You can adjust the strength as required or run it more than once for greater effect.
